The house has 4 separate bedrooms, 3 bathrooms,
and a living room with a kitchen.

There is a large open upper terrace at your disposal
and a lower covered terrace. There is also a garden.
Barbecue, a hammock, tables, and benches are available.

Located in the village of Rożnów, 50-minute drive (47 km / 29 mi) from Tarnów, 1-hour drive (60 km / 37 mi) from Krynica-Zdrój and 1.25-hour drive (75 km / 46 mi) from Szczawnica. The closest city of Nowy Sącz is only a 30-minute drive (25 km / 15 mi) away. The nearest airport is Krakow-Balice Airport, a 1.5-hour drive (100 km / 65 mi) from the property.

The facility is located away from public roads and other buildings. The last stretch is a partially unpaved forest road (about 5 minutes by car), so it is best reached by a 4×4 car.

If you are arriving in a car with a low chassis, you can leave it in the parking lot and use our 4×4 vehicle that is available to guests.

The great location by the water in the depths of the forest gives our guests the opportunity to calm down and relax. People who prefer active recreation will also find something for themselves. The nearby Lake Rożnów allows you to practice water sports.

There is an equipped private pier belonging to the house with a direct descent to the lake. You can also hike in the beautiful forests surrounding the area.
